I am doing a little survey today. As you all know, I like to surf the net and check out the latest and coolest gadgets, electronics, technologies, tools, techniques, etc… Just the other day, I came upon a marvelous site that offers an amazing tool. Before I tell you the full details, let me ask you “what is on top of your remarkable internet tool list? Okay, mine is the mortgage calculator from mlcalc.com.
For those uninitiated, a mortgage calculator is an automated tool that enables real estate owners to quickly determine the financial implications in their mortgage arrangement. So, if you feel that your real estate broker or your estate papers are suddenly using foreign language by throwing out words like purchase price, loan principal balance, periodic interest rate compound interest, etc… all you need to do is just hit on the mortgage calculator and it will immediately translate those obscure terms into simple numbers (just be sure it is a figure pleasing to your eyes and to your bank account). It is simple yet revolutionary. With this instrument, you don’t need to memorize those brain twisting formulas that end nowhere. It does the work for you in one click. Bravo!
This is on top of my remarkable internet tool because it is truly effective and helpful. Imagine the time and effort that will be saved when using the online mortgage calculator. Instead of manually computing each equation and recalling those mind boggling formulas, estate owners can just type in the figures in the corresponding boxes and… viola, they’ll get their results in an instant.
If you are still skeptical, check out www.mlcalc.com and you’ll understand what I mean. The site design is simple and the functions are laid out for easy use and navigation. It even has those estate terms explained in plain English. Better yet the site offers free widget for you to stick it on your own site (if you have one). Now that I have told you my number one cool internet tool discovery, I’d like to know yours.

the top tool on my remarkable internet tool list was Google Earth. Because it was very useful. I can use it to check the realistic satellite images of the maps here in the Philippine and also abroad. I can also see the exact location of each and every place in the whole globe!
Now that's an amazing tool eh?
I have a lot of remarkable internet tools in my mind but I can't think of one tool..heheheh I also surf so that I'll know the latest and coolest gadgets available in the market today.
I agree that mlcalc.com is a very handy tool. I especially like the explanation of terms for the uninitiated. There are a lot of different mortgage calculators on financial sites that can not only help consumers learn about their mortgage, but can calculate payments based on rates and terms of different loans and can also estimate home value. For instance, the mortgage calculators on Quicken Loans' site help users figure out if they should refinance or which loans to consider according to what they can pay each month.
That is a great tool. It is hard trying to figure a mortage. I am wanting my own tec toy in a video camara for vlogging. If you can recomend any send me an email.
