The Power of CSS Design
Oh.. It’s the beauty, not the power. I recently submitted my CSS to CSS Zen Garden today! I hope my layout will be chosen and be posted in the css Zen Garden website. By the way, what is this CSS Zen Garden thing? and where did I find this sort of stuff?
Ahem, Winston told me, thru text, if I have already browsed this campaign for CSS website. I told him that I haven’t visited it yet. Throught curiosity, I then browsed the said website. I found out that it’s a site that unleashes the power of CSS and showing it’s beauty, by applying it to a plain, a very plain HTML, no tables, no color, no text size, just a plain html, with plain text and links of course. Use of tables is a big NO NO, and I know, that the use of tables for web layout is not advised nowadays, it should be only used for tabular data. I’m pretty late in this web development stuff. I love image slicing in Image Ready, and using tables in my designs and a GIF image spacer, but, after a series of web browsing about the latest web designing methods, I found out that using tables is a very old fashioned web development thing. Oh my! I shouldn’t use tables in creating my web pages. I admit it, I’m not updated about this kind of stuff, and I’m such a mediocre, to be more precise, a below-mediocre in the field of web creation and design.
Okey, I know I’m so far far away, not just far far, but far far far from the main topic. I just wanna share this website. It’s all about CSS, oo nga CSS ang kulet! Ituloy Angsulong again! Hehe…
I’m always talking about CSS, but I didn’t explain what is CSS? Ano ba yan! I don’t want this post to be long again, just like my other posts. If you want to know more about CSS, just google it, I know you’ll find EXACTLY what you are looking for. That’s all for now. Thanks!
